Leads product marketing and customer insights for Wiley’s AI and data analytics portfolio. Owns positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, pricing input, sales enablement, customer research, advisory boards, win/loss analysis, market sizing, buyer personas, and competitive intelligence. Translates customer and market insights into product, commercial, and marketing decisions while building a high-performing team and influencing Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders globally.

Develops playbooks, templates, workflows, and contracting standards; improves contract lifecycle management and supports AI-enabled automation. Contributes to Wiley’s Contracting Center of Excellence and scalable, risk-based contracting practices.

Manage and grow corporate subscription accounts for research-intensive clients by selling complex, AI-enabled knowledge solutions. Build account strategies, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline in CRM, deliver high-stakes presentations, collaborate with Product/Marketing/Customer Success, and conduct market and customer research to inform sales approaches.
