Coach managers, handle complex employee relations, use people analytics to inform decisions, drive participation in talent programs, and partner with cross-functional People teams. Act as individual contributor with potential to build and lead an R&D People team.

Lead technical strategy and sales engineering for Snyk Evo, translating AI-native development risk into evaluations, pilots, ROI/TCO models, and enterprise technical validations. Architect solutions, run hands-on proofs of concept across agentic AI, MCP servers, LLM-assisted coding and AppSec, engage C-suite and engineering stakeholders, drive land-and-expand initiatives, and feed product insights back to engineering.
