Unleash AI Innovators, Securely

Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it.

Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust.

Job Summary

The Talent Development Specialist is a hands-on operator building the learning experience for an AI-first organization. You’ll design and build learning that people actually use, manage the platform’s daily execution, and run compliance campaigns at scale. You’ll partner with leadership and the AI transformation team to translate how Snyk works into learning that sticks. This is a mix of designing, building, running, and improving—skills you’ll develop across each dimension. You’ll identify where AI workflows remove friction from L&D and People Ops, and you’ll ship them. You’re helping people develop the capabilities they need to thrive as AI reshapes how we build, collaborate, and secure software. This role sits at the intersection of planning and execution, learning and operations, where you own impact from build to outcome.

What You’ll Do:
  • Help draft and deliver the H1 2027 content strategy for SnykU, our learning platform, building engaging learning that people want to use, in an AI-first organisation.

  • Design and build learning assets and hub pages, using AI tools.

  • Build on our HelloSnyk onboarding with product and role-based learning.

  • Run compliance learning campaigns with Security, GRC and Legal (annual cycles, campaign comms, completion tracking), making them easier to complete and report on.

  • Help run SnykU day to day: supporting content creators and working with IT and People Tech on integrations and data.

  • Support the launch of our new career pathways and year-end review enablement.

  • Where time allows, find and build AI workflows that take manual work out of L&D and People Ops.

What you’ll bring:
  • L&D Design Chops: You’ve built learning experiences from the ground up—instructional design, SCORM, authoring tools, the whole stack. Your portfolio shows work that actually landed, not just pretty decks.

  • LMS Operator: You know your way around an LMS admin panel—enrollments, reporting, data, the parts that actually make learning happen. You can troubleshoot without Googling.

  • Cross-Functional Project Leader: You’ve shipped multiple projects and campaigns on deadline while navigating stakeholders who aren’t in L&D. You speak their language and get things done.

  • AI-First Thinker: You’re not waiting to adopt AI—you’re already using it in your work. Claude, ChatGPT, automation tools—you experiment, you iterate, you see where it saves time.

  • Process Fixer: You spot gaps before they become problems. Detail-oriented, yes. But more than that—you fix things proactively, and people trust your deadlines.

  • Clear Communicator: You write in a way non-L&D people actually understand. You can explain a learning strategy to an engineer or a compliance requirement to a CEO.

  • Growth-Minded: You see this role as a place to learn—the product, the org, new technical skills. You’re self-directed. You don’t wait for permission to level up.
