Manage enterprise customer adoption and value realization for Snyk’s application security platform. Build trusted relationships with engineering and security stakeholders, deliver onboarding programs, facilitate QBRs, demonstrate ROI, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate internal resources to resolve technical challenges. The role also advocates for customer needs, supports DevSecOps transformations, and translates technical outcomes into business value.

Lead pre- and post-sales technical efforts as a subject matter expert in application security and AI-native development. Create solution architectures, support large deals, unblock technical issues, influence product strategy with field feedback, deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences, and mentor the global Solutions Engineering community.

Plan and execute field and partner marketing programs across EMEA to drive pipeline: ABM, events, webinars, partner co-marketing and enablement. Localize global campaigns, align with Sales, track performance and ROI in Salesforce and PRM tooling, and manage regional budgets and partner MDF.

Support global People Operations and Total Rewards by managing onboarding, I-9/right-to-work checks, Workday transactions, employee lifecycle data integrity, audit documentation, inbound People requests, and maintaining resources. Drive a smooth employee experience and surface AI/automation opportunities.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to global R&D (engineering, product, design). Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations, use people analytics to inform decisions, drive participation in talent programs, and partner with cross-functional People teams. Act as individual contributor with potential to build and lead an R&D People team.

Lead technical strategy and sales engineering for Snyk Evo, translating AI-native development risk into evaluations, pilots, ROI/TCO models, and enterprise technical validations. Architect solutions, run hands-on proofs of concept across agentic AI, MCP servers, LLM-assisted coding and AppSec, engage C-suite and engineering stakeholders, drive land-and-expand initiatives, and feed product insights back to engineering.
