Claims Business Analyst will elicit and document business requirements, map current and future-state processes, facilitate stakeholder workshops, support product backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and assist with User Acceptance Testing. The role partners with Claims, Product, Technology, Change, Engineering, Data, and QA teams in Agile and Waterfall environments. Responsibilities include impact and gap analysis, traceability, process optimization, control assessment, prioritization support, and continuous improvement across insurance claims capabilities.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders in underwriting and other functions, leading organisational design, workforce planning, employee relations, reward processes, leadership coaching, and people analytics to drive performance, regulatory compliance, and a high-performing culture within a regulated specialty insurance environment.

Lead financial crime governance and training across sanctions, AML/CTF, anti-bribery, fraud, market abuse, and tax evasion risks. Responsibilities include developing compliance frameworks, conducting annual risk assessments, reviewing policies, managing controls and reporting, monitoring regulatory changes, delivering training and communications, overseeing remediation, and managing team members. The role also supports licensing compliance, regulatory returns, business queries, and broader international compliance projects.

Leads financial reporting across European legal entities, overseeing UK and US GAAP accounting, statutory and regulatory submissions, audit delivery, reporting controls, and regulatory capital analysis. Provides technical accounting leadership, manages Board and executive reporting, partners with auditors and regulators, drives automation and process improvement, and develops a high-performing finance team. Acts as the primary Group audit relationship owner in a complex, regulated insurance environment.

Supports the day-to-day operations of the Treaty Reinsurance team, including reporting, underwriting systems, premium collections, aggregate exposure monitoring, large-loss reporting, reinsurance placement administration, and bordereau maintenance. Coordinates with IT, BI, innovation, finance, exposure management, and London Market teams to implement system improvements. Provides administrative and project support to underwriters while serving as the team contact for PEGA, SBS, and DQ-Pro updates.

Supports accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across multiple international jurisdictions. Responsibilities include managing country payroll portfolios, monitoring legislation, coordinating with providers and internal teams, maintaining secure payroll data, producing reports, supporting country onboarding and system testing, resolving employee queries, and contributing to process improvements, system upgrades, policy harmonization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead and evolve enterprise security architecture for international operations. Define frameworks and standards, provide architectural governance, design secure cloud, application, infrastructure, and data solutions, conduct threat modelling and risk assessments, drive secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices, and ensure alignment with regulatory and business risk.

Deliver DevOps and automation roadmap focusing on ephemeral environments and agentic automation. Support CI/CD, environment and release management, deployments (MSSQL, websites, services) on Windows/RedHat. Build self-service Automation-as-a-Service, modernize pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, OctopusDeploy), implement IaC (Terraform), observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and embed security and compliance into SDLC.
