Support the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to execute affiliate and creator strategies that drive acquisition and commercial growth. Manage partner and network relationships, recruit and onboard affiliates/creators, produce performance reporting and insights, maintain campaign resources and budgets, and coordinate integrated campaigns across cross-functional teams.

Manage delivery of marketing creative and copy across formats, coordinating Creative, Shoot Production and cross-functional teams. Scope projects, build budgets, plan timelines, track assets, run status/resource meetings, brief suppliers, source quotes, and drive process improvements to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

Lead CRM and loyalty strategies to increase engagement and lifetime value across email, push, and loyalty channels. Build segmentation, lifecycle journeys, manage newsletter cadence, collaborate with Brand, Martech, Analytics and UX/Tech, and optimise loyalty rewards to drive repeat purchases and retention.
