The Project Manager for MR PORTER supports the Customer marketing team by managing the delivery of marketing creative and copy across a range of formats and executions. 

 

This role acts as the central connector between Creative and Shoot Production and key business teams including Marketing, Editorial, Site, CRM, Personal Shopping, PR & Events, and other departments as needed (such as packaging, print, own brand, and paid media).  The position requires meticulous organisation, attention to detail, consistent proactivity, administrative talent, and strong interpersonal skills, to provide exceptional service to the Mr Porter stakeholders and departments who rely on the team for project realisation.  

Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd’s Bush

Reporting into: Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office) 
Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Team: Customer Team (Marketing & Campaigns) 
Level: Mid-Weight

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Scope projects, manage budgets, plan pre- and post-shoot timelines and meetings, and assess risks from shoot conception through to final delivery. 

  • Partner closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Head of Shoot Production, and creative, design and video project owners to ensure assigned briefs are delivered on time, flagging risks or issues early. 

  • Ensure all briefs are clear, complete, and correctly allocated to production and creative teams, using project management tools as required. 

  • Collate and manage asset requirements from across the business, problem-solving with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. 

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans to track campaigns and promotions, and in tandem lead project status and resource meetings to clearly communicate progress to senior stakeholders, team members, suppliers and contractors. 

  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer, Director of Comms & Events, Regional Marketing Managers, Personal Shopping teams and CRM Content Managers to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered successfully. 

  • Brief suppliers, source comparative quotes, manage costs, and build budgets when required. 

  • Identify and drive efficiency and process improvements across workflows involving Customer and Brand teams. 

 

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in marketing project management within creative, agency, fashion, luxury, retail, or digital environments. 

  • Track record of delivering multi-platform campaigns on time and on budget. 

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with experience of using relevant project management tools. 

  • Confident problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Proactive, service-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset. 

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Passion for creative, fashion, and luxury image-making. 

  • Experience with content usage rights, global/regional projects, or team oversight is a plus.
