Join PJT's International Finance team in London to support revenue recognition, treasury operations, liquidity/FX monitoring, intercompany settlements, and financial analytics. Assist month-end close, SOX compliance, forecasting, board packs, and finance transformation initiatives across international entities.

Support Power, Utilities & Renewables advisory work: evaluate and structure transactions, lead execution (due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation), build financial models, conduct industry research, prepare client materials, and assist business development alongside senior bankers.

Support and lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for TMT clients, including valuation and financial modelling, due diligence, research, client meetings, and mentoring junior staff. Contribute to origination and cross-sector deal work within lean deal teams.

Analyze capital structures, evaluate financing options, run ECM processes, facilitate diligence and investor/ counsel engagement, and support structuring and execution of financings across public and private markets.

Lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for TMT clients: build valuation and operating models, perform due diligence and industry research, prepare client materials, participate in negotiations and mentoring junior staff, and support business development.

Support and coordinate closing processes for secondary private fund transactions: manage document review, track milestones and key dates, liaise with counsels and buyers, produce transaction trackers and client updates, assist on NDAs/engagement letters, streamline workflows with technology, and present transaction management capabilities in pitches.

Advise financial sponsor and corporate clients on capital structure and financing solutions across syndicated acquisition financings, private credit, stressed refinancings, liability management, growth/venture capital, and infrastructure financings. Analyze capital structures, cashflow models, credit documents and ratings; coordinate due diligence and stakeholder discussions; interact directly with clients, banks and funds; and manage analysts and business development tasks.

Support AML/KYC client onboarding, CDD/EDD, sanctions and transaction assessments, ongoing monitoring, suspicious activity reviews, periodic client reviews, remediation, AML control maintenance, and compliance reporting while collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
