Drive supplier quality across a global aerospace supply base by conducting supplier audits, managing CAPA, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with Procurement and stakeholders. Travel-intensive role (~75% travel) with an initial 3–6 month on-site period to learn business processes and then ongoing supplier-facing quality improvement activities.

Act as primary quality interface for key aerospace customers: capture and investigate customer feedback and non-conformances, drive CAPA and timely resolutions, interpret technical drawings/specifications, liaise with Sales and internal teams, improve communication and reduce quality issues across the supply chain.

Lead end-to-end CRM strategy for a DTC subscription business, owning email and SMS communications. Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, win-back), automate segmented campaigns, improve subscription conversion and LTV, and reduce churn. Analyze retention and deliver reporting, working with growth, product, and creative teams to drive commercial results while ensuring compliance and brand alignment.
