  • Provide ad hoc support across departments and contribute to process improvements.

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within an operations, administration, office support or business support role
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and colleagues over the phone
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a varied role
  • A proactive, flexible and hands-on approach to work
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities

Why you'll love working here:

  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression
  • Exposure to a variety of departments and business functions
  • Friendly, supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Involvement in a growing and ambitious organisation
  • Varied responsibilities with no two days the same
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on business operations
