Lead and own the Sales Department for an FX business: set sales strategy, drive revenue and KPI performance, manage Sales and Dealer teams, oversee pipeline/forecasting/CRM, handle performance management, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Lead a small design team producing high-impact print, digital and social creative. Create campaign graphics, reports, event materials and merchandise; maintain brand standards; mentor designers; manage print production and supplier liaison.

Lead implementation, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing management of QMS software. Monitor performance, generate and analyse reports, provide superuser training/support, integrate systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Drive supplier quality across a global aerospace supply base by conducting supplier audits, managing CAPA, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with Procurement and stakeholders. Travel-intensive role (~75% travel) with an initial 3–6 month on-site period to learn business processes and then ongoing supplier-facing quality improvement activities.

Receive and store finished parts, process stock in the MRP system, pick and pack customer orders, prepare outbound shipments and documentation, coordinate courier collections, perform stock checks, and maintain an organised stores area while working with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Act as primary quality interface for key aerospace customers: capture and investigate customer feedback and non-conformances, drive CAPA and timely resolutions, interpret technical drawings/specifications, liaise with Sales and internal teams, improve communication and reduce quality issues across the supply chain.

Own and lead site HSE for a manufacturing and warehouse facility: develop policies and safe systems, ensure UK HSE compliance, perform risk/COSHH assessments, conduct inspections and incident investigations, deliver training, and drive a proactive safety culture while collaborating with leadership and operations to implement practical safety solutions.

Hands-on role developing, optimizing and scaling human stem cell–derived 3D culture models. Design and run experiments, establish robust protocols, apply immunostaining/microscopy and molecular assays, ensure reproducibility and QC, troubleshoot, and help define platform strategy within a small startup team.
