Provide end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients: onboard new payrolls, process multi-frequency payrolls, manage workplace pensions and auto-enrolment, ensure HMRC and legislative compliance, handle client and employee queries, and support continuous improvement while collaborating with HR and people services teams.

Receive and store finished parts, process stock in the MRP system, pick and pack customer orders, prepare outbound shipments and documentation, coordinate courier collections, perform stock checks, and maintain an organised stores area while working with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, win-back), automate segmented campaigns, improve subscription conversion and LTV, and reduce churn. Analyze retention and deliver reporting, working with growth, product, and creative teams to drive commercial results while ensuring compliance and brand alignment.

Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and support implementation projects: gather and document requirements, configure objects/automation, maintain reports/dashboards, manage users and data integrity, assist UAT and training, work with stakeholders and external developers to drive system improvements and adoption.

Own and lead site HSE for a manufacturing and warehouse facility: develop policies and safe systems, ensure UK HSE compliance, perform risk/COSHH assessments, conduct inspections and incident investigations, deliver training, and drive a proactive safety culture while collaborating with leadership and operations to implement practical safety solutions.

Hands-on role developing, optimizing and scaling human stem cell–derived 3D culture models. Design and run experiments, establish robust protocols, apply immunostaining/microscopy and molecular assays, ensure reproducibility and QC, troubleshoot, and help define platform strategy within a small startup team.
