Lead adviser for a portfolio of corporate clients on pensions and employee benefits. Conduct strategy and governance reviews, deliver presentations and workshops, mentor junior staff, approve documentation, grow accounts through renewals and upsell, and refer opportunities across the business.

Lead the settlements function for FX and international payments: manage the settlements team, oversee daily trade execution and reconciliations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage net positions and client monies, collaborate with Tech on automation, resolve banking/transaction issues, support projects and produce monthly settlements reports for the board.

Provide generalist HR advisory services to multiple client organisations, handling employment law, disciplinaries, grievances, restructures/TUPE, and bespoke HR solutions while building client relationships and sharing HR subject-matter expertise across the team.

Manage day-to-day finance operations, forecasting, cashflow modelling and monthly reporting. Support fund and banking arrangements, payroll coordination, reconciliations, month-end, audits and statutory accounts. Provide management information, variance analysis and financial due diligence to support investment teams, funders and Board decision-making.

Drive supplier quality across a global aerospace supply base by conducting supplier audits, managing CAPA, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with Procurement and stakeholders. Travel-intensive role (~75% travel) with an initial 3–6 month on-site period to learn business processes and then ongoing supplier-facing quality improvement activities.

Receive and store finished parts, process stock in the MRP system, pick and pack customer orders, prepare outbound shipments and documentation, coordinate courier collections, perform stock checks, and maintain an organised stores area while working with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Provide day-to-day client and employee support for employee benefit solutions; assist in proposals, scheme renewals, onboarding, and implementation; prepare and proofread client documentation; respond to client queries by phone and email; attend client meetings as needed; work with account managers to deliver service; develop technical knowledge in pensions, life assurance and benefits; progress through professional qualifications with employer support.

Manage a caseload of employment matters, advise managers/HR on employment law, draft contracts/policies, handle disciplinary, grievance and tribunal claims, support transactions and immigration/sponsorship queries, conduct negotiations and settlements, oversee GDPR matters, and help business development while supporting senior lawyers and supervising juniors.

Act as primary quality interface for key aerospace customers: capture and investigate customer feedback and non-conformances, drive CAPA and timely resolutions, interpret technical drawings/specifications, liaise with Sales and internal teams, improve communication and reduce quality issues across the supply chain.
