Own network planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, capacity planning, and operational performance for a global aerospace supply chain business. Responsibilities include financial strategy, budgeting, cash management, international trade, R&D tax coordination, payroll and benefits oversight, procurement and logistics, facilities and insurance management, HR policy and employee relations, systems and automation (ERP, HRIS, payroll), compliance, and people leadership to support growth.

Lead and transform manufacturing operations for precision scientific instrumentation. Own manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement. Drive NPI, capacity planning, Lean initiatives, ERP/MRP optimisation, regulatory compliance, facilities and equipment management, supplier performance, and build a high-performing team to support business growth.

Handle trade enquiries via phone and email, create bespoke USA/Canada/Mexico/Caribbean itineraries, convert quotes into bookings to meet sales targets, upsell ancillaries, maintain accurate notes, follow trade policies, and attend training/coaching.

Provide administrative and operational support across Sales, Dealing, Finance and Compliance. Manage client verification, reporting, front-of-house duties, calls, supplies, meeting bookings, events, H&S administration, and ad hoc process improvements to ensure smooth daily operations.
