Lead and own the Sales Department for an FX business: set sales strategy, drive revenue and KPI performance, manage Sales and Dealer teams, oversee pipeline/forecasting/CRM, handle performance management, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Produce timely monthly management accounts for designated trading entities, own month-end close, manage commissions and revenue recognition, reconcile billing, prepare variance analysis and finance packs, support FP&A with KPI tracking and modelling, and improve processes and automation across the group.

Create engaging designs for social, web, email, digital ads, print and events. Adapt assets for multiple formats, follow brand guidelines, manage projects, prepare print artwork and liaise with suppliers to deliver timely campaign creative.
