Provide HR administration and client support, including preparing digital job offers, conducting pre-employment checks, interfacing with payroll, maintaining HR compliance, and delivering HR advice. The role requires strong organization, IT literacy, accuracy, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional customer-service approach.

Lead regulatory authorisation programme, advise CEO and Board, build enterprise risk and compliance framework, oversee AML/KYC/sanctions/Consumer Duty, develop scalable governance and reporting, manage stakeholder and regulator relationships, lead and grow a Risk & Compliance team to support UK and international expansion.

Receive and store finished parts, process stock in the MRP system, pick and pack customer orders, prepare outbound shipments and documentation, coordinate courier collections, perform stock checks, and maintain an organised stores area while working with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
