Own network planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, capacity planning, and operational performance for a global aerospace supply chain business. The role develops planning models, translates demand forecasts into operational plans, monitors international volumes, builds reporting and dashboards, drives continuous improvement, and leads a small planning and operational support team while coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance.

Provide HR administration and client support, including preparing digital job offers, conducting pre-employment checks, interfacing with payroll, maintaining HR compliance, and delivering HR advice. The role requires strong organization, IT literacy, accuracy, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional customer-service approach.

Receive and store finished parts, process stock in the MRP system, pick and pack customer orders, prepare outbound shipments and documentation, coordinate courier collections, perform stock checks, and maintain an organised stores area while working with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
