Leads public fundraising proposals and projects for conservation partnerships. Coordinates cross-organizational teams, develops fundraising plans, manages budgets and deadlines, supports grant writing, maintains funding pipeline data in BBCRM, and collaborates with public grants specialists and finance staff. The role also facilitates stakeholder communications, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, tracks committed and projected funds, and supports strategic resource mobilization. Travel may reach 20% and can occasionally occur on short notice.

Lead finance workstreams for Project Finance for Permanence transactions by developing financial models and strategies, designing sustainable finance mechanisms, supporting due diligence and risk assessments, and preparing finance materials. Manage complex work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, oversee consultants, facilitate finance workshops, and support transaction closing. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, project management experience, financial analysis skills, and domestic and international travel.

Provides legal advice and transactional support for global impact finance, carbon market, climate, conservation, and philanthropic transactions. Structures, drafts, and negotiates finance, carbon credit, offtake, pre-payment, commercial, and governance agreements. Advises on corporate structuring, governance, risk management, and novel legal issues while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, outside counsel, subsidiaries, and international counterparties.

Manages watershed-scale nature-based solution projects across Europe, coordinating partners, TNC teams, timelines, budgets, performance tracking, grant reporting, and project delivery. Supports programme strategy and develops materials for donors, businesses, and policymakers. Requires collaboration across conservation, policy, science, and partner networks, along with expertise in water and land management, watershed ecology, conservation, and environmental economics.

Lead sustainable finance projects for fisheries and aquaculture: manage project pipeline, design business and financing models, build financial analyses and business cases, advise field teams, manage consultants, and communicate value propositions to diverse stakeholders to advance conservation finance goals.
