Manage delegated authority operations across EMEA for a reinsurer, overseeing Coverholder and MGA relationships, due diligence, onboarding, audits, compliance, service levels, reporting quality, and policy documentation. Participate in risk and underwriting committees, resolve partner issues, improve operational controls and processes, and manage first-line staff. The role requires strong P&C insurance and delegated authority experience, with responsibility for balancing ongoing operations and change initiatives.

Leads QA strategy and testing across digital products, internal platforms, integrations, APIs, data flows, and third-party systems in a regulated financial-services environment.
