Design real-time control architectures, implement high-performance control loops, industrialize algorithms, ensure safety and reliability, run automated testing (simulation and hardware-in-the-loop), manage releases, profile and optimize performance, and mentor engineers.

Lead company financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Build multi-scenario models, partner with functional teams on headcount/OPEX/CAPEX, develop dashboards, drive automation, and support strategic decision-making and investor/board reporting.

Design and implement high-fidelity robotic simulation environments with realistic physics and sensor models; build digital twin interfaces; write maintainable C++/Python code; run simulation-based tests, analyze results, and improve control and perception algorithms; collaborate across manipulation, locomotion, VLA, reasoning, hardware, and control teams; support cloud and distributed simulation workflows and stay current with simulation trends.

Lead end-to-end industrial product delivery across hardware, software, AI, and system integration. Own prioritization and roadmaps for engineers dedicated to industrial products, partner with functional leads and Ops for manufacturing readiness, and ensure pilots transition to scalable, reliable deployments meeting SLAs.
