The Senior Technical Account Manager will manage high-impact technical relationships with strategic customers, resolve complex issues, advocate for product improvements, and coach the team to enhance overall performance and support services.

Leads the company-wide applied AI transformation, redesigning workflows across customer operations, finance, people, and commercial functions. Owns AI strategy, implementation, adoption, standards, guardrails, and evaluation systems for internal operations. Partners with founders and executives to make the business AI-native, improve efficiency, and ensure AI systems are trusted, compliant, and effective in live workflows.

Partner with founders and leadership to set strategic priorities, run planning cycles and OKRs, manage executive cadences, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and build scalable systems and workflows. The role also develops board and all-hands narratives, resolves ambiguous business challenges, and drives company-wide execution across a growing B2B SaaS organization.

Build and operate reliable production data pipelines, ingestion systems, orchestration, customer data connectors, and infrastructure as code. Manage AWS-based data infrastructure using Terraform, Fivetran, AWS DMS, dbt, PostgreSQL, Lambda, and related services. Develop secure, enterprise-grade integrations for HR and payroll systems, and help connect trusted data to AI agents through MCP connectors and semantic data layers. Collaborate with product stakeholders to design scalable solutions meeting enterprise security and reliability standards.

Build and ship backend-leaning fullstack features (APIs, services, integrations, React frontend). Scope solutions, implement, and own features end-to-end. Collaborate with product and design, contribute to architecture and technical discovery, ensure scalability, reliability, and security best practices, and improve developer experience and tooling.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads and build pipeline. Research target accounts, execute multichannel outreach (calls, emails, video-mail, social), qualify prospects, meet weekly/monthly KPIs, and help shape scalable BDR processes in collaboration with Growth, Customer Success, and the founders.

Design, build, and maintain the go-to-market automation stack: integrate CRM and warehouse, deploy AI agents for growth, create data pipelines and dashboards, measure funnel performance, and ensure smooth handoffs across marketing, sales, and CS.

Lead end-to-end RFP and tender processes for enterprise B2B SaaS deals: qualify bids, write proposals, coordinate Legal/Product/Security/Commercial inputs, manage reviews and submissions, turn win/loss data into improvements, enable sales with templates and briefs, and build the companys bid function.
