Our Mission

We're not your average benefits platform – we're the driving force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.

Our mission is clear: to build a world where everything works at its best, ensuring every employee gets the support they need to thrive, both at work and beyond.

Your Mission

As our RevOps Associate, you will own the tooling and the data that let Ben scale in enterprise, and help build an intelligent go-to-market motion on top of them. That motion holds up as we grow when HubSpot is our source of truth: clean data, working workflows, dashboards people trust, and a handoff from marketing to sales that works.

You will work closely with sales, marketing and customer success. Our sales leaders will rely on you for the numbers they make decisions on, and you'll have the freedom to design the tooling yourself.

Things you will be working on…
  • Make HubSpot the source of truth: Run regular data hygiene: dedupe records, fix broken properties, enrich missing fields and catch problems before they hit a report. Manage user access and permissions.

  • Get every lead to the right seller: Build and maintain the workflows, lead scoring and routing that move a lead from marketing to sales, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Give sales leaders numbers they can forecast on: Create and update HubSpot reports and dashboards for pipeline, win rates and deal stage progression. Pull the weekly numbers and flag anything that looks off. Pitch in on forecasting, territory planning and lead-to-revenue improvements alongside senior team members.

  • Own our tooling: Be the first port of call for our tooling (Hubspot, Apollo, Airspeed and Nooks), set up users, troubleshoot sync issues and check the team uses the tools properly.

  • Write the playbook our GTM hires learn from: Keep our sales process and HubSpot documentation up to date. Help onboard new GTM hires on our tools and pipeline process.

  • Build an intelligent go-to-market motion: Use AI to cut manual admin, speed up enrichment and make reporting faster. Then go further: test where AI can make our routing and lead scoring smarter, and ship the experiments that prove themselves.

You will love this role if you have…
  • 1–2 years hands-on in a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce: In RevOps, sales ops, marketing ops, or a marketing or commercial role, where you built workflows, cleaned up records and made reports.

  • Confident in Excel or Google Sheets: You use pivot tables, lookups and clean formulas.

  • Built and experimented with AI: You've built with AI to automate parts of your own work, you check what it gives you before it goes anywhere, and you can show us what you built.

  • Worked closely with sales on their data: You've traced a number that looked off back to its cause, and explained a data problem to a salesperson so they acted on it.

  • Nice to have: A commercial background in a B2B team, HubSpot certifications, experience with sales tools like Apollo, Gong, Cognism or Clay, and basic SQL or a BI tool like Looker or Tableau.

Why join us?
  • Own the tooling and the data: Take the lead on HubSpot and the sales stack at a scale-up backed by leading investors, as we grow in enterprise.

  • A wide remit to build and shape: Design the workflows, lead scoring, routing and reporting yourself, and shape how our go-to-market motion runs.

  • Mentorship from GTM leaders: Learn from the leaders across sales, marketing and customer success you'll work with every day.
