Landytech is on a mission to transform the way financial institutions, investment managers, asset owners and their advisers access, manage and use investment data.

Powered by our investment technology platform, we help organisations bring together complex investment information, improve data accuracy and control, reduce manual processes and make better-informed decisions.

We work with clients across multiple markets and jurisdictions and are continuing to expand our presence with sophisticated financial institutions globally.

Team & Role

As Revenue Operations Associate, you will connect marketing, partnerships and sales around one set of data, processes and goals, and be the operational engine behind how Landytech goes to market.

You will partner daily with leaders across marketing, sales, partnerships and customer-facing teams, and report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

As we roll out AI strategies across the organisation, you will turn those ideas into working go-to-market (GTM) systems: cleaner data, faster workflows and sharper forecasting. We are looking for someone with genuine AI expertise and an AI-forward mindset, who can bring colleagues along.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and maintain lead-to-revenue processes, including lead routing, scoring, handoffs, pipeline stages and deal desk rules.
  • Align marketing, partnerships and sales on shared definitions, funnel metrics and SLAs.
  • Report on territory, quota and compensation plan administration in partnership with Finance.
  • Administer and optimise the GTM technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment and BI tools.
  • Keep CRM data clean, governed and trusted, and own data hygiene standards across teams.
  • Evaluate, procure and integrate new tools, and retire those that do not earn their place.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, retention and revenue performance.
  • Lead the forecasting cadence and pipeline reviews with the CRO and GTM leaders.
  • Turn analysis into clear recommendations on where to invest, fix or stop.
  • Identify and prioritise AI use cases across the revenue lifecycle, and run pilots from idea to adoption.
  • Build and document AI-assisted workflows, such as lead research, call summaries, forecasting support and automated data enrichment.
  • Train and coach GTM teams to use AI tools effectively, and measure the impact on productivity and revenue.
  • Partner with IT, Security and Legal to apply sound data privacy and governance standards to AI use.

Your Skills & Expertise

We are looking for an experienced revenue operations professional who combines strong GTM operational discipline with genuine AI expertise.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS, technology or financial technology company.
  • Hands-on CRM administration (HubSpot), plus experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, including funnel metrics, forecasting models, BI tools and SQL or spreadsheet modelling.
  • A proven ability to work across marketing, sales and partnerships and to align teams around shared processes and numbers.
  • Process design skills: you can map a messy workflow, simplify it and get people to adopt the new version.
  • Clear communication with senior leaders, able to explain the numbers and the recommendation in plain language.
  • A self-starting, organised and detail-oriented approach, and ease working in a growing, changing environment.

In particular, we are looking for an AI-forward operator who uses these tools daily and can bring others along:

  • Practical fluency with generative AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot), with the skill to write effective prompts and build repeatable workflows.
  • Experience applying AI within GTM work, such as AI features in the CRM and sales stack, automated enrichment, lead and account research, call analysis or forecasting support.
  • Working knowledge of automation and integration tools to connect systems and agents into end-to-end workflows.
  • A test-and-measure mindset: you can scope a pilot, define success metrics and decide whether to scale, adjust or stop.
  • Awareness of AI risks, including data privacy, accuracy and bias, and sound judgement about when to keep a human in the loop.
  • Enthusiasm for change management: you can teach, document and drive adoption, not only build.

The following would be advantageous:

  • Experience in fintech, wealth management or other data-heavy B2B software.
  • Partner or channel operations experience, including referral and alliance tracking.
  • Familiarity with revenue intelligence, conversation intelligence or CPQ tools.
  • Basic scripting (Python or similar) for data work and automation.
  • Prior experience launching an AI or automation programme within a GTM team.

What Success Looks Like

You will be successful in this role if you can combine strong operational execution with a practical, measurable approach to AI across the go-to-market teams.

  • First 90 days: Audit the GTM stack, data quality and funnel definitions; agree a shared metrics set with marketing, partnerships and sales; and deliver a prioritised roadmap of operational and AI opportunities.
  • By month 6: Ship a trusted pipeline and forecast dashboard, standardise lead-to-close handoffs, and launch at least two AI pilots with defined success metrics.
  • By month 12: Run a predictable forecasting rhythm, scale proven AI workflows across GTM teams, and show measurable gains in productivity, conversion or cycle time.

Our Benefits

  • An opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech transforming investment data and reporting
  • Hybrid working
  • Competitive base salary, commission & stock options package
  • Private medical insurance with Bupa for you and your family members
  • Pension Plan with NEST
  • Cycle to Work Scheme and gym allowance
  • Office food & drinks, regular company socials

If this sounds like a match to you, we are looking forward to receiving your application!
