Build and own Mollie’s Asset and Liability Management function, including liquidity risk, ILAAP, LCR/NSFR monitoring, stress testing, IRRBB/CSRBB frameworks, funding strategy, contingency planning, and balance sheet risk models. Partner with Finance, Risk, senior leadership, regulators, auditors, and external advisors to establish documented policies, methodologies, limits, and reporting for Mollie’s banking license and future operations.

Own complex post-sales payment integrations from contract signature through testing, go-live, and handover. Coordinate merchants, agencies, sales, product, engineering, compliance, and onboarding teams; manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communications. The role also contributes to scalable implementation processes and playbooks as Mollie expands into new markets.
