Your impact

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be leading go-to-market for Mollie's online payments product space. This is our core product offering and includes cards, Klarna, pay by bank and other products. You'll translate product capabilities and roadmap into positioning and coordinated marketing activity, connecting product strategy with execution across marketing, sales, and customer success.

A key and evolving focus of this role is Agentic Commerce, an emerging area involving AI facilitated shopping that requires deep technical knowledge and strategic partnerships with entities like Visa and Mastercard. You'll play a central role in building thought leadership and developing tools such as Generative Engine Optimization to support merchants navigating this space.

This role is particularly exciting because it ensures Mollie's core products are successfully brought to market and aligned with what customers actually need. By turning customer insight into strategic marketing initiatives, you'll directly support Mollie's commercial success.

What you'll ship

  • Go to market plans built with product teams, covering technical product understanding, value and benefits, positioning, value propositions, USPs, ICPs, use cases, and messaging

  • Coordinated launch activity across channel teams, bringing GTM plans to life in the market

  • A launch framework covering foundations, pre-launch, launch, early momentum, proof points, and ramp-up

  • Briefs, asset lists, and competitor research that support each launch

  • Project timelines kept current as product readiness or market events shift

  • Coordinated alignment between product and go-to-market teams when roadmap dependencies or external industry timing affect launch dates

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, at least 3 of those in product marketing

  • End-to-end go-to-market planning experience, including ICP definition, positioning, and launch timelines

  • Experience in the online payments space or related areas, such as working with partners like Shopify. Prior fintech or payments exposure helps you ramp up quickly, but a strong technical product background from another vertical can also work

  • Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and clear differentiation

  • Technical fluency, able to translate product specs, roadmaps, and integrations into GTM-ready language, with comfort using data platforms such as Looker, HubSpot, or other BI tools

  • Experience researching competitors and industry trends, running customer interviews or surveys, and using analytics tools to measure performance and shape strategy

  • Proven cross-functional project management

  • Strong presentation skills for internal decks and training
