Lead the product vision, roadmap, and P&L for Trainline Partner Solutions Distribution across UK and European markets. Lead multiple engineering teams across Trainline’s white-label and Digital Pay as You Go products. Own OKR delivery, technical health, roadmaps, cross-team dependencies, and technical direction while partnering with Product, Data, and Commercial stakeholders. Coach engineers and managers, develop future leaders, promote scalable and resilient systems, and drive operational excellence through monitoring and incident management.

Design and deliver marketing measurement using Python, causal inference and geo-experiments. Combine multiple data sources, translate findings into commercial recommendations, manage simultaneous projects, and partner with marketing and analytics to improve measurement capability.
