Lead and develop a Transitions team delivering Pension Risk Transfer scheme transitions from onboarding to handover. Manage project delivery, data validation, client communications, team capacity and performance, drive process improvements, support strategy and operational readiness, and mitigate operational risks to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

Lead and deliver first-line assurance activities to strengthen controls and manage risk. Design and embed assurance methodologies, run control programmes, implement data-driven control testing, produce assurance reporting, engage senior stakeholders, and lead a team to drive continuous improvement and governance standards.

Lead and coordinate Global Financial Institutions relationships to grow AUM and revenue. Build global action plans, collaborate with regional distribution and product teams, support C-suite interactions, and drive approval and distribution of active, passive, and private market products.

Design, build, and support production-grade backend and front-end features using JVM/Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Resolve complex issues, manage technical debt, define test strategies, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and improve engineering practices focused on security, resilience, and customer outcomes.

Lead oversight of sovereign bond mandates, define risk appetites, monitor exposures and performance, contribute to Tactical Asset Allocation and cross-asset trading, build risk and performance metrics, draft governance papers, and collaborate with ALM, Asset Management and Operations to improve portfolio analytics and optimisation.

Provide financial control and accounting oversight for Real Estate and Private Markets funds by reviewing third-party administrator outputs, performing period-end reviews and reconciliations, applying technical accounting judgement, supporting audit processes, challenging control weaknesses, collaborating with internal teams and providers, and driving control improvements and issue remediation.

Support design and launch of new funds and products across jurisdictions by coordinating with Product, Investments, Finance, Legal and Compliance. Maintain governance frameworks, process documentation and SLAs. Drive process improvements, manage onboarding/offboarding of funds and third-party providers, monitor service delivery, and support transaction execution across multiple asset classes.
