Lead the Derivative Services & Oversight team to manage daily derivative operations, oversee outsourced providers, enforce controls and SLAs, handle escalations, process complex trades and lifecycle events, perform control testing and risk assessments, drive incident remediation, and support process improvement and automation.

Maintains product data and messaging across systems, responds to client queries, and contributes to product development, competitor analysis, process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on third-party equity fund managers, including investment due diligence, fund monitoring, manager meetings, ESG analysis, and written research. Present findings to portfolio managers and the Manager Selection Investment Committee, provide peer review, maintain research data quality, identify investment opportunities, and represent manager research to clients and prospects.

Administer and enhance Salesforce as the central CRM and sales enablement platform. Responsibilities include configuration, user management, automation, release management, data quality governance, user onboarding, training, demand intake, requirements translation, and coordination with Distribution, Technology, and Data teams to deliver platform improvements and integrations.

Lead governance and delivery coordination for client onboarding and periodic reviews across business-as-usual and change activity. Run governance forums, maintain RAID and action logs, strengthen management information and controls, coordinate remediation and audit readiness, and partner on financial crime framework reviews. The role manages stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime while ensuring defensible outcomes, evidence-based closure, regulatory alignment and controlled process improvement.
