Build systems that enable AI agents to plan, execute, verify, and deploy substantial software work. Design agent harnesses, tools, permissions, environments, context and memory systems, evaluation and observability capabilities, and workflows supporting parallel autonomous workstreams. Lead FP&A for two global business units: own planning and reporting cycles, drive monthly cadence, manage TM1-to-Oracle migration, analyze Salesforce CRM data, support sales compensation and commissions, and lead a small finance team while partnering with senior leadership across markets.

Manage postgraduate application lifecycle for the Europe team: serve as candidate first point of contact, review and track applications, maintain accurate Salesforce records, coordinate interviews/events, support enrollment advisors with outreach and conversion, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements to boost conversion and retention.
