Provide legal support for Chivas Brothers by drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology and commercial contracts (SaaS, cloud, software licensing), supporting procurement/RFx and supplier selection, advising on data protection, cybersecurity and AI-related matters, resolving supplier disputes, and partnering with global stakeholders on regulatory monitoring and continuous improvement.
