 The Opportunity

Depending on your skills and areas of interest, you will be considered for the following three roles:

·       Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – In our UK domestic market business (‘Pernod Ricard UK’), you’ll get to work on budgeting and forecasting for the UK. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our plans and forecasts, getting involved in every stage of the monthly cycle, from day zero through to month end, including mid-month reconciliations and reporting activities. You’ll work with numbers across a range of different systems and spreadsheets, so attention to detail is key, and you’ll have the opportunity to present and share your work with teams across the business. Working knowledge of Excel is desirable.

·       Finance Business Partnering & Analysis – In our global Scotch whisky business (‘Chivas Brothers’), you’ll support teams across the UK, Ireland, France and the USA. You’ll consolidate market financial data, prepare monthly performance packs and presentations for leadership, and track advertising and promotional (A&P) investment. You’ll also support ad hoc analysis, new product development processes, and update financial models, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, turning detailed data into clear insights. No extensive experience is needed: curiosity, confidence with numbers and a collaborative approach matter most. Basic Excel and P&L knowledge is helpful.

·       FP&A Commercial Finance (Europe and the Americas) – In our travel retail business (‘Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail’), you’ll be part of the FP&A Commercial Finance team for Europe and the Americas, acting as the finance counterpart to our Commercial teams across a wide range of customers and brands. You’ll manage six-month stock trackers, estimating future stock levels and orders, and support forecasting and business monitoring. You’ll also analyse detailed sell-in (our sales to customers) and sell-out (our customers’ sales to consumers) data in Excel and Power BI to understand performance by brand and customer.

 What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is:

·       Highly numerate, with a genuine eye for detail and accuracy.

·       Highly organised and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Degree Disciplines

·       Finance

·       Business or a related numerical discipline

Relevant Experience

No previous finance experience is required. Any experience working with numbers, data or spreadsheets, whether through your studies, part-time work or university projects, will be helpful.

Skills & Capabilities

·       Microsoft Excel and working with spreadsheets.

·       An interest in data and reporting tools such as Power BI (you won’t need to build reports).

·       Analysis, accuracy and attention to detail.

·       Clear communication and presenting your findings.

·       Planning, organisation and time management.

What You'll Gain

·       Real responsibility as a fully integrated member of the team, with your work directly supporting business plans and forecasts.

·       Practical experience with a range of finance systems
