Supports Global Travel Retail through consumer pricing analysis, market benchmarking, customer and retailer profitability analysis, and financial evaluation of new product development. Builds dashboards, identifies pricing and performance opportunities, prepares business cases, tracks launch KPIs, and translates complex data into actionable recommendations for Finance, Commercial, Marketing, regional, and leadership stakeholders.

Own Global Travel Retail reporting, rolling forecasts, risk and opportunity assessments, P&L analysis, and decision-support materials. Partner with regional hubs, Group Finance, Central Marketing, and technology teams to improve reporting quality, tools, and finance processes. Present insights to senior stakeholders, challenge forecast assumptions, support resource allocation, and deliver ad hoc analysis during a seven-month maternity cover assignment.

Manages end-to-end order-to-cash activities for a customer portfolio across Europe or the Americas. Coordinates customers, logistics, planning, finance, commercial, and other stakeholders; monitors orders, supply, forecasts, KPIs, risks, documentation, pricing, credit, and delivery issues. Leads customer performance reviews, resolves operational exceptions, supports product launches and continuous improvement, maintains master data, and provides analytical insights and escalations to protect service and business performance.

Leads procurement and category management for point-of-sale materials and bespoke glassware. Responsibilities include sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, supplier performance, product development, cost optimization, sustainability, quality, risk management, and delivery. The role partners with global stakeholders, brand teams, supply chain, quality, finance, legal, and suppliers to execute procurement strategies and support new product development.
