Provide onsite and remote desktop support across Windows and macOS environments. Triage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and other channels, administer Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and audiovisual systems, and support device deployments and upgrades.
