As a Senior Recruiter at World Kinect, you will be responsible for proactive sourcing, strategic recruitment, project management, HR collaboration, employer branding, performance tracking, and candidate experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Provide technical leadership in automating and creating a customer-centric and secure user experience around unified endpoints, cloud telephony, cloud storage, and messaging. Develop repeatable patterns for endpoint productivity tools and mentor junior engineers. Build CI/CD pipelines, contribute to organizational policies for automation, and elevate endpoint security.
