Partner with UK corporate leaders to deliver end-to-end HR services for ~250 employees, including employee relations, TUPE and restructures, recruitment and onboarding, talent development, EDI initiatives, HR operations via SuccessFactors, payroll/benefits support, and data-driven people insights.

Own and manage web, booking engine and app analytics (GTM, GA4), ensure data quality and tracking standards, build automated dashboards and AI-assisted reporting, collaborate with Product, Engineering and agencies to drive conversion and e-commerce insights.
