Develops, tests, maintains, and supports complex 3E legal technology applications and client customizations. Responsibilities include software design, coding, integrations, documentation, code reviews, agile ceremonies, release management, QA support, troubleshooting client acceptance issues, Jira updates, client communication, and software installations and upgrades. The role collaborates with developers, testers, and clients across time zones while maintaining domain knowledge and delivering continual improvements.

Lead implementation of 3E/law firm finance systems as primary client contact. Manage multiple projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and communications. Ensure deliverables match SOW, handle change management, billing, and client escalations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
