Lead and scale Unlimit’s global Sales Development function across multiple regions. Manage, coach, and develop international SDR teams; create outbound and lead-generation strategies; align Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships; oversee targets, KPIs, forecasting, incentives, and reporting; analyze performance data; and optimize workflows, messaging, and processes to increase pipeline generation and commercial impact.

Own global email programs, manage online reputation and review-generation, and run affiliate/referral partnerships. Write, deploy and optimize email campaigns, monitor brand sentiment and media, recruit and manage partners, track performance and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and reporting.

Lead global event strategy and execution to position Unlimit as the Financial OS. Design and scale proprietary event formats, create standout Tier‑1 experiences, engineer high-value networking among enterprise leaders, and narrate the company's complex strengths across global hubs. Drive inventive formats, AI-enabled automation, and measurable business outcomes from events.
