About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.

Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.

Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.

This role owns three key reputation and growth channels at Unlimit: owned (email), earned (PR, media, reviews) and partnered (affiliates, publishers, referral partners). The goal is to ensure a consistent, credible brand story across every merchant touchpoint while driving commercial impact. Email is managed as a communications and campaign channel, while CRM systems and marketing operations remain the responsibility of the Marketing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Email Marketing & Communications
  • Own the global email calendar, including newsletters, product launches, webinars, events, nurture campaigns and client communications.
  • Write, build, test and deploy email campaigns using existing templates and audience segments.
  • Manage QA, A/B testing, campaign optimisation and documentation of learnings.
  • Maintain email templates with Design and monitor list health, deliverability and compliance, escalating technical issues to Marketing Operations.
  • Ensure all email activity complies with GDPR and regional marketing regulations.
  • 2. Reputation Management & PR
  • Own Unlimit's presence across review platforms, directories and comparison sites, ensuring profiles remain accurate and up to date.
  • Run review-generation initiatives and respond to public reviews in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, media coverage and share of voice, providing regular insights and recommendations.
  • Support PR activities including media lists, award submissions, newsroom updates and thought leadership placements.
  • Coordinate reputation management by escalating issues, supporting crisis communications and improving branded search visibility.
  • Share customer and market insights with Product, Support and Commercial teams.

  • 3. Affiliate, Publisher & Partner Marketing
  • Manage Unlimit's affiliate and referral programme, including partner recruitment, onboarding and performance.
  • Develop relationships with publishers, comparison sites, industry media and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, sponsored placements and partner content.
  • Ensure partner materials remain accurate, compliant and aligned with Unlimit's brand.
  • Track affiliate performance, ROI and attribution, working with Marketing Operations, Analytics and Finance.

  • 4. Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs across email, reputation and affiliate marketing.
  • Benchmark Unlimit's reputation and partner presence against key competitors.

  • 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Marketing on launches and GTM campaigns.
Support events and webinars through email campaigns and partner promotion.
  • Contribute to marketing planning, vendor management and marketing technology initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years across marketing communications, PR, affiliate/partner marketing or brand management — ideally in B2B, fintech, payments, SaaS or another regulated sector.

  • Hands-on email marketing experience: building and sending campaigns in a marketing platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar), with a working understanding of segmentation and deliverability.

  • Demonstrable online reputation management experience — review platforms, public response handling, listening tools (Brandwatch, Meltwater, Mention, Sprout Social or equivalent) and sentiment reporting.

  • Experience running or supporting an affiliate, referral or publisher programme, including tracking, attribution and commercial negotiation.

  • Excellent written English and strong editorial judgement, especially for public-facing and sensitive responses.

  • Working knowledge of GDPR, consent-based marketing and advertising-disclosure requirements.

  • Comfortable with analytics: GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent, plus confident spreadsheet reporting.

  • Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones.
