Sell facility management services across the UK by leading FM bids, owning the full sales lifecycle (SQ/RFI/RFP/presentations), building and retaining client relationships, developing pipelines, collaborating with Client Solutions and Marketing, and representing BGIS at industry events to meet defined sales targets.

Provide administrative and contract support to the onsite Contract Manager: handle day-to-day enquiries, produce financial and statistical reports, raise work orders and purchase orders, process timesheets and invoices, manage WIP and monthly billing/PPMs, maintain client and subcontractor records, ensure H&S documentation, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Administer payroll and company benefits, support payroll processing and audits, manage benefits administration and employee queries, and handle P&C onboarding/vetting tasks including DBS/BS7858 checks and recordkeeping.
