Qualify and convert inbound sustainability leads for business aviation across Europe, manage CRM records, collaborate with marketing and programs, attend industry events, and act as subject-matter expert on sustainability and aviation policy to drive long-term client relationships.

Sell FXAIR private jet charters and memberships by proactively generating outbound business, converting inbound leads, managing charter bookings end-to-end, and building long-term client relationships while meeting revenue, margin, and referral KPIs. Collaborate with Flexjet, Client Service, and Revenue Management teams and log activity in Salesforce.

Provide operational and administrative support to flight teams, coordinating catering, uniforms, aircraft stock, vendors, and owner-specific service requests. Manage inventory, procurement, expense tracking, and in-flight service issues. Support crew real-time needs, assist with presentation/resets, and maintain service procedure updates while handling physical tasks and occasional travel.
