Manage EMEA treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, FX hedging, intercompany loans, bank administration, KYC, and treasury reporting. Lead treasury support for legal entity rationalization and transformation projects while improving processes, controls, and automation. Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Controllership, banks, and senior stakeholders to maintain effective liquidity management and operational excellence. The role also includes mentoring or managing people and presenting updates to leadership.

Manage and review monthly/quarterly financial reporting for UK and European real estate funds, ensure IFRS compliance, oversee reconciliations, VAT/CIS, audits, client reporting, stakeholder relationships, onboarding, and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and control.

Perform commercial retail property valuations (outlet malls, department stores, supermarkets) for investors, banks and funds. Prepare valuations, DCF models, and strategic advice, manage asset valuation instructions with minimal supervision, collaborate across UK/Europe teams, support business development, mentor junior staff, and travel across the UK and Europe as required.

Supports valuation and advisory assignments for UK retail properties, including shopping centres, high street assets, retail parks, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include producing RICS Red Book-compliant valuation reports, analyzing market and transaction data, building financial models and cash flows, supporting portfolio assignments and client pitches, maintaining client relationships, contributing to business development, and ensuring governance and professional standards.
