Lead enterprise observability across MUFG's EMEA technology estate, with primary ownership of Dynatrace SaaS. Administer and optimize the platform, establish monitoring governance, design infrastructure and application monitoring, develop dashboards and alerting, and lead migrations from IBM Tivoli Monitoring and Netcool Omnibus. Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, automate workflows, support major incidents, resolve platform issues, maintain documentation, and mentor operational teams.

Provide architectural and technical leadership for Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio solutions across EMEA. Lead solution design, governance, security, lifecycle management, technical assurance, and support. Define platform standards, controls, reusable architectures, and citizen-development enablement practices. Coordinate architecture, security, data protection, AI governance, and delivery approvals while mentoring teams and assessing technology risks, outcomes, costs, and return on investment.

Maintain and improve client and counterparty data quality across EMEA. Responsibilities include running data quality frameworks, reconciling records, coordinating stakeholder validation and remediation, designing monitoring rules and controls, preparing management reports, and supporting regulatory compliance and strategic data quality initiatives.
