Lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and cash flow forecasting for multiple EMEA and Rep Office entities. Prepare local statutory accounts, manage annual audits, tax filings (VAT, WHT, corporation tax) and ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
