Serve as a Vice President in EMEA Markets Operational Risk Management to oversee implementation of the ORM framework, identify and assess key and emerging market risks, evaluate control effectiveness, collaborate on testing and remediation with first-line teams, recommend process re-engineering, and monitor regulatory developments to mitigate operational risk across CIB Markets.

Lead design, development, and performance tuning of ultra-low-latency C++ trading systems for equity derivatives market making. Define technology roadmap, drive cross-regional platform delivery, mentor engineers, engage trading desks and quants to translate requirements, promote engineering best practices and CI tooling, and build/scale the EMEA engineering team through hiring pipelines and university partnerships.
