Lead a seven-person Infrastructure and DevOps team supporting GPU-intensive AI model training and inference. It is remote across EMEA.

Designs and maintains ComfyUI-based workflows for audiovisual generative AI in VFX and feature animation. The role integrates emerging open- and closed-source models, develops templated workflows with creative and ML teams, supports active production, maintains custom ComfyUI environments, and creates training documentation. Strong digital matte painting, photography, 3D environment projection, generative model testing, pipeline integration, and creative-technical communication skills are required.

Architect and develop Python applications, C++ components, web interfaces, and services that integrate machine learning into global VFX and animation pipelines. Build and package Linux-based systems, MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and artist-facing tools. Ensure quality through testing, code review, observability, documentation, secure design, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot escalated issues, collaborate with global stakeholders, and mentor developers while delivering reliable ML-driven tooling under tight deadlines.
