Support the Senior HR team in delivering HR initiatives across Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing and HQ. Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll/compensation administration, HRIS data management, training delivery and HR projects to drive a high-performance culture and consistent employee experience across the UK population.

Support the PR & Talent and Entertainment Relations team with photoshoots, celebrity dressings and event coordination. Liaise with New Bond Street and other boutiques to consign, package, and return pieces; arrange security and logistics; maintain PR inventory and perform quality control. Compile press lists and digital reviews, assist reporting and analysis, and help onboard/train the PR intern.

Develop and execute strategies to source and convert new clients across clothing, gun sales, and the shooting school. Build pipelines targeting corporates, clubs, HNWIs; prospect existing database; collaborate with sales teams and other Richemont maisons; manage relationships one-to-one and meet monthly pipeline goals.
