Build, test and deploy custom Workday Extend applications using App Builder and Extend Studio; integrate with Workday web services, EIB/Core Connectors, and Business Process Framework; perform testing, debugging, documentation, tenant migrations, release management and handover to BAU while adhering to Extend standards and security models.

Lead new-business sales into UK public sector accounts by prospecting, building pipelines, navigating procurement frameworks, shaping bids with delivery teams, negotiating contracts, and meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate end-to-end bid and proposal activities for Workday implementation and consulting opportunities. Review RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements, manage bid plans, gather solution and commercial inputs, prepare and proofread proposal documents, maintain reusable content libraries, monitor deadlines and customer communications, support post-submission clarifications, and drive continuous improvement of bid processes and collateral.

Support prototype design and iteration during Beta, create and refine user journeys and task flows, translate research into design improvements, assist with prototypes, support usability testing, and collaborate with researchers, product managers, and developers to maintain consistent design patterns.

Lead hands-on load, stress, volume, soak and scalability testing across cloud-hosted (AWS) distributed systems. Design and execute performance tests, analyse logs and metrics, validate NFRs and capacity assumptions, maintain scripts and runbooks, raise performance defects, integrate with CI/CD, and produce test reports while working with developers, architects and operations in regulated environments.

Lead design and implementation of Tosca-based UI automation frameworks and reusable modules; build and run automated test suites for web and enterprise apps; integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD; execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end tests; manage test data and Jira traceability; create resilient self-healing automation; collaborate with developers, product owners and DevOps to improve quality and delivery.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) to validate production readiness. Define and run operational test scenarios (monitoring, alerts, backup/restore, failover, batch/restarts, soak testing), manage defects and evidence, support root cause analysis, coordinate retesting, maintain OAT documentation, mentor junior testers, and collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, service management, and stakeholders for release readiness and operational sign-off.
