Lead mechanical assembly, integration, and test (AIT) for hypersonic vehicles: develop assembly procedures from CAD/drawings, define tooling/fixtures, support hands‑on builds, ensure configuration control and mechanical readiness for testing, and collaborate across mechanical, systems, and electrical teams to resolve integration issues.

Perform electrical assembly, integration, and test (AIT) for hypersonic vehicles: develop wiring and integration procedures from schematics/CAD, define integration sequences, prepare tools/test equipment, support avionics and sensor installation, set up DAQ/test systems, perform integration testing and fault‑finding, and maintain build documentation with traceability.

Lead system-level RAMS activities including FMEA/FMECA, fault-tree analysis, failure investigations, and risk quantification. Translate reliability insights into design recommendations across avionics, GNC, hardware and software, drive design-for-reliability, and establish RAMS practices for mission-critical hypersonic systems throughout development, test, and operations.
