Lead consents lifecycle for major infrastructure programmes (pre- and post-consent), manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, consent strategies (DCO/TWAO/TCPA), bid development, mentor staff, deliver high-quality outputs on challenging timescales and identify business development opportunities.

Manage requirements capture, validation, verification and registers for Defence and regulated projects. Develop strategic requirements, produce requirements management plans and documentation, run workshops and training, collaborate with stakeholders, and support project scope through RIBA-aligned processes. Frequent client-site engagement and work across complex programmes including Nuclear.

The Risk Manager will support the team in managing project risks, facilitate workshops, maintain risk registers, and conduct Quantitative Risk Assessments. They will ensure client objectives are met, focusing on risk data accuracy and the implementation of mitigation actions.
