Lead development and execution of engineering and manufacturing capabilities across the product lifecycle. Map current capabilities, run gap analyses, define capability roadmaps, drive process improvements, implement PLM/ERP/requirements tooling, establish governance and KPIs, and align stakeholders to support scalable product maturity and regulatory requirements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of the ERP programme across business and IT workstreams. Own governance, integrated planning, vendor and SI management, scope, risk, testing, cutover, change management, training, and post-go-live stabilisation to ensure business readiness and outcomes.

Develop learned-simulator evaluation, generate synthetic rollouts for sim-to-real and policy training, build data pipelines from fleet telemetry, run large distributed training and scaling studies, and collaborate with pretraining, RL, and manipulation teams to integrate models into policy and safety workflows.

Build and operate a petabyte-scale data platform and Capability Factory: ingest, curate, preprocess, and version robot telemetry; design scalable batch/stream pipelines, orchestration, compute and storage; collaborate with ML teams on MLOps and evaluation workflows; build data warehouse and BI dashboards; ensure data quality, access control, and production ownership including on-call incident triage.

Build teleoperation systems enabling human operators to control, recover, teach, and improve humanoid robots in real time. Design operator UX, integrate input devices, translate human input to safe robot commands, implement shared-autonomy, logging, replay, and safety safeguards, and test systems on hardware and in simulation to drive reliability and quality metrics.

Own software serviceability for humanoid robots: design and validate diagnostics, firmware/bootloader recovery, remote-diagnostics content, tooling for fast fault localization, and act as Services interface to R&D. Validate OTA, calibration, and repair procedures and support new service introductions.

Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation by defining strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap. Build and run an AI Transformation Office, scale high-impact AI use cases, ensure responsible AI governance, drive change management and AI literacy, measure ROI and automation maturity, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Build and maintain physics-based simulation environments and RL infrastructure for dexterous manipulation across industrial, service, and home domains. Design Gym-style observation/action/reward spaces, mitigate reward hacking, reduce sim-to-real gap, validate physics against real data, integrate high-fidelity 3D assets, optimize simulation throughput, and support large-scale GPU-accelerated training.

Own day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, payroll coordination, month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-entity/multi-currency recordkeeping. Lead finance systems and process improvements, implement and optimise ERP/accounting tools, document controls, support reporting, audits, VAT/R&D claims, and partner cross-functionally to provide accurate financial data and govern vendor spend.
