Design, simulate, and validate bipedal and wheeled robot platforms using physics simulation and reinforcement learning. Own URDF models and the CAD->URDF->simulation pipeline, develop benchmarks for locomotion/manipulation, analyze dynamics and actuator sizing, and provide quantitative feedback to hardware, control, and perception teams.

Lead employer branding to attract technical talent by building community relationships, running events (hackathons, meetups, university partnerships), creating content with PR & Marketing, improving careers site and employee advocacy, and measuring impact to continuously optimize talent attraction.

Lead and govern global freight, cross-border logistics, and 3PL/4PL strategies across Humanoid's sites. Optimize and deploy neural-network control policies for humanoid robots: profile and remove inference bottlenecks, port models to new hardware, implement custom kernels, quantize models with minimal quality loss, and propose architecture changes to improve latency and memory usage.

Teleoperate humanoid robots to collect high-quality multimodal datasets, perform precise annotation and labeling, capture video/motion/task logs, follow strict procedures, document dataset quality, identify and escalate anomalies, and contribute workflow improvements. On-site, permanent night-shift role with hands-on interaction with robotic hardware and tools.
