Support Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams by driving end-to-end GTM processes (pricing, presentations, financial analysis), optimizing territories and cross-functional processes, building prospecting and expansion playbooks, analyzing datasets into executive recommendations, and leading special projects (pricing, international expansion, deal strategy). Leverage AI-native tools and collaborate with Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Agent Development to scale GTM operations.

Develop and deliver pricing proposals and ROI case studies for customers; support sales in executing deals; partner with product, marketing, and operations to define pricing and packaging strategy.

Own end-to-end customer deployments of Sierra's AI platform: architect, deploy, upgrade, and operate infrastructure in customer cloud environments; build repeatable tooling, runbooks, and automation; partner with engineering, security, sales, and customer success to meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
