Design and implement agentic tools, translating product needs to production, scale prototypes, improve semantic search, build evaluation pipelines.

Provide senior in-house legal counsel on intellectual property and data protection across jurisdictions: develop global IP strategy, support technology projects and startups, draft and negotiate IP/technology/privacy agreements, lead privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SCCs), conduct IP due diligence, advise on AI/open-source risks, and partner with stakeholders to enable product commercialization and regulatory compliance.
