Lead oversight of sovereign bond mandates, define risk appetites, monitor exposures and performance, contribute to Tactical Asset Allocation and cross-asset trading, build risk and performance metrics, draft governance papers, and collaborate with ALM, Asset Management and Operations to improve portfolio analytics and optimisation.

Lead collateral product and project efforts across cleared and bilateral derivatives. Define strategic roadmap, deliver regulatory and technology change (EMIR, UMR), improve processes and controls, manage stakeholders and external counterparties, and monitor collateral performance and risk.

Provide independent oversight of cleared derivatives margin and collateral activities (ETD, futures, OTC). Monitor margin utilisation, liquidity impacts and CCP/broker exposures; challenge margin calculations and models; oversee reconciliations, exceptions and operational controls; optimise collateral allocation; produce MI and support regulatory compliance, governance and process improvements.

Manage relationships with a portfolio of defined contribution pension clients, supporting strategic accounts, client meetings, reporting quality, retention, growth, cross-selling, and compliant service delivery. The role partners with senior client directors, addresses operational issues, identifies new business opportunities, maintains CRM records, and applies knowledge of DC products, administration, regulation, and market trends to improve client outcomes.
