Lead delivery of bespoke wealth planning for HNW/UHNW clients, drive business development, ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, FCA/PRA), manage and mentor planning team, and contribute to firm strategy and governance.

Support the UK Client Group Control Officer to design, maintain and improve the client group risk and governance framework across UK & EMEA. Lead the Derivative Services & Oversight team to manage daily derivative operations, oversee outsourced providers, enforce controls and SLAs, handle escalations, process complex trades and lifecycle events, perform control testing and risk assessments, drive incident remediation, and support process improvement and automation.

Provide proactive client service for private clients, families and charities alongside Portfolio Managers. Handle account setup, cash transfers, compliance checks, client enquiries, reports and systems testing. Mentor junior staff, improve processes, attend client meetings and liaise with Operations to ensure seamless client experience.

Provide end-to-end fund solutioning and regulatory/operational subject-matter expertise for UK client group. Lead product development, client onboarding, SPML business management, issue resolution, third‑party oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance across public and private market structures to support business growth and client servicing.

Lead and strengthen the Investment Operations Risk & Control Framework by facilitating risk assessments, challenging control owners, conducting assurance testing, monitoring KRIs, supporting governance, liaising with Audit/Risk/Compliance, mentoring analysts, and driving process improvements and automation across global investment operations.

Support M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments by preparing financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence, and investment memos. Coordinate data, stakeholders, and project tasks, conduct industry and competitor research, track market trends, and maintain project records. Provide project management and ad hoc support to the Corporate Development team and senior leadership.

Lead oversight of derivative operations across trade capture, confirmations, settlement, reconciliation and collateral. Act as escalation point for complex exceptions, monitor KRI/MIs, drive process/control improvements, support change projects and UAT, manage service provider relationships, coach team members and ensure audit-ready controls while contributing to automation and continuous improvement.

Support and lead workstreams for Schroders Capital business and platform change initiatives: gather and validate requirements, design target operating models and process improvements, manage delivery plans, UAT and stakeholder engagement, produce governance reporting and project documentation, and drive business readiness and adoption.
